We run our Beginners Pole courses in 5 week blocks and 12 weeks blocks for all other Pole course levels. Bookings are required for all our courses and classes. We have Other Class types eg Aerial Swing, BodyBARRE, Kickboxing and Pilates which can be booked casually.
The course to start with where you will learn the fundamentals of Pole Fitness on a vertical, spinning pole.
Here you learn push/pull moves while increasing your strength, stamina and core stability.
During this course you start learning moves where you see the world from a different perspective – upside down.
Is where your superpowers are taking your pole journey through a whole different level of adventure!
This is our anything goes level under Instructor Supervision
Is our more sensual Pole Class where you get to indulge your alter ego, wear heels (if you want to)
We want our Teens (10-16yrs) to be strong and confident with their bodies so this is our training ground for our future PoleFit Super Stars.
This is an opportunity for the curvier ladies to have their own class if they want to with a little bit of Sass thrown in.
PoleKids is the course we offer to kids 7-10yrs to initially learn all the fundamentals of PoleFitness including safety and some really fun moves.
Mums n Bubs is where mums (or dads) can bring their bubs to Pole.

After you’ve made your initial deposit with us, payment is then preferred via our direct debit payment plan (we will set this up with you) – however please contact us if you would prefer to pay upfront.
