We are beyond excited to be hosting the accomplished and amazing international presenter, Tia_Jax at CoffsCoastPoleFit this coming November.

Tia has nearly two decades of dance experience. A trained dancer with a passion and appreciation for the art of Erotic Dance. Tia is best recognized for her slow and ethereal flow. She loves sharing her knowledge of technique while still giving space and freedom for people to explore organic movement. She is a successful competitor, performer and choreographer. She is known for her erotic style and is a leader in Erotic pole and Erotic chair dance. Many people recognize her style and are heavily influenced by her. Tia has also created the Erotic Pole, Erotic Chair and Flexibility classes at her home studio, training teachers and students. Her Erotic Workshops are always a hit. Workshop 1: Saturday 9th November 3.30pm
ETHEREAL SPIN – HIGH FLOW SPIN
POLE (INTERMEDIATE)
Dance among the divine and feel divinity in motion! Gain further comfort and knowledge on spin and learn how to take what is considered “foundational” and make it look heavenly! Decorate your climbs, lifts, shifts, and transitions. This workshop will be taught in progressions that may lead up to helicopters, inverts, leg hangs and interesting shapes. Do not let that deter you if this seems out of your comfort and strength zone!
If you can execute a climb, lift and basic invert there will be a gorgeous progression for you to play with and explore!
*Progressions/Moderations will be given
*Heels Optional! Whether your style is more contemporary, sensual, or unique (having no label) this
workshop is style friendly

Workshop 2: Sunday 10th November 11.00am
LOW FLOW SPIN POLE
Indulge in glorious and lucid pole dance on spin. Even though this workshop focuses on Low Flow (no lifting beyond arm reach) you will feel out-of-this-world, as if time and gravity do not exist! This workshop is wonderful to build comfort, knowledge, and confidence on spin pole. Through a series of sequences, you will focus on: how to control your spin, aesthetic, shape, posture, and engagement.
*Progression/moderations will be given
*1-year minimum pole dance experience)
*Heels Optional!

Workshop 3: Sunday 10th November 1.00pm
THE ESSENCE OF GOO – STATIC POLE DANCE (ALL LEVELS)
Slow, sticky, and delicious. Transform your movement into ooey gooey greatness. In this workshop you will dance through various sequences and learn the techniques required to channel and hone The Essence of Goo.
This workshop is designed to strengthen technique, build movement repertoire, and help to become more present in your dancing. A variety of sequences will be taught, and prompts will be given to encourage change of nuance and technical awareness. This workshop is technique and movement based. * Comfort with pole hold, windmill, pole sit, pirouette, chair spin suggested
*Progressions/Moderations will be given

All our listed costs for these workshops are in Australian Dollars.

Pay UPFRONT for 1 workshop, 2 or all 3 workshops or

Pay a DEPOSIT then set up a DIRECT DEBIT fortnightly payment plan with us. Once we have seen your deposit we will contact you to organise this. Payments will be fortnightly on a Thursday and must be completed by 1/11/24.

FULL REFUND AVAILABLE IF CANCELLATION REQUIRED 72Hrs PRIOR TO WORKSHOP. CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING TO jacqui@beyondintensity.com.au or presented at CCPF. CANCELLATION after this time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. NO SHOW for Workshops NO REFUND GIVEN.
