BodyBARRE @ CoffsCoastPoleFit is a BRAND NEW ADDITION to our Studio and Timetable. We are very excited to introduce this worthwhile modality and support our PoleFit Instructor and Massage Therapist, Samantha by introducing it to our Timetable.

BodyBARRE with Samantha will improve your flexibility, balance and posture with a low-impact fusion of Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet Barre movement creatively synchronised for a full body, fun and flowing workout.

Strengthen your core and maximise your flexibility through interval training using your bodyweight and props like Yoga blocks, a Pilates Ball and light hand weights.

You can be a part of this great addition to our timetable by including it in your CoffsCoastPoleFit Membership+ (best option) enrolling in it for the 10week block (preferred option) or using it as a casual class.

If you would like to enrol in this course as a casual ($25/per session) then you can do so weekly and ahead of time as the dates are updated.
If you choose to Enrol in this course for a 10week block then you an book in for that timeframe with the discounted rate of $200.

At this stage BodyBARRE is offer three times per week (one morning, one lunchtime and one evening) however it works very well with AerialSwing, Pilates, Stretch and Flex, and any of the CoffsCoastPoleFit Courses.
