BodyBARRE @ CoffsCoastPoleFit is a NEW ADDITION to our Studio and Timetable.
BodyBARRE with Samantha and Tara will improve your flexibility, balance and posture with a low-impact fusion of Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet Barre movement creatively synchronised for a full body, fun and flowing workout.
Strengthen your core, discover your inner ballerina and muscles you didn’t know of, while maximising your flexibility through interval training using your bodyweight and props like Ballet Barres, Yoga blocks, a Pilates Ball and light hand weights.
You can be a part of this great addition to our timetable by including it in your CoffsCoastPoleFit POLESTAR or ALLSTAR memberships or using the discount you have for these types of Other classes in your STARGAZER membership.
For current Beyond Intensity Personal Training clients, please use your personal training code to gain your discount. For visitors to our studio you are most welcome to join us on a membership or participate in this class on a casual basis.
