Splits and Flex Challenge
Our 8 Week Splits and Stretch Challenge is a great stand alone course for new participants to our studio or an additional course for those currently doing a Coffs Coast PoleFit Course.
You will start the course with an assessment of your current flexibility. This assessment is repeated towards the end of the 8 week period so you can measurement your progress.
During the course you will learn and practice the fundamentals to increasing your flexibility with the emphasis on working with your limitations and progressing from there.
You will find the benefits you gain from this course will carry over to your Pole Fitness, Dance, Gymnastics and Aerial Training.
No concession rates are offered for this course however participants currently enrolled in a Coffs Coast PoleFit Course get a discounted rate and can get a discount code upon request.
