Term 2, Splits and Flex Challenge
Our 8 Week Splits and Stretch Challenge is a great stand alone course for new participants to our studio or an additional course for those currently doing a Coffs Coast PoleFit Course.
You will start the course with an assessment of your current flexibility. This assessment is repeated towards the end of the 8 week period so you can measurement your progress.
During the course you will learn and practice the fundamentals to increasing your flexibility with the emphasis on working with your limitations and progressing from there.
You will find the benefits you gain from this course will carry over to your Pole Fitness, Pole Dance, Gymnastics and Aerial Training.
This course is a great add on course if you have a Coffs Coast PoleFit Membership+. If you would like to make it part of your Membership+ please advise Jacqui and she will book you in to commit to the 8 weeks.
