PrePole Conditioning Course
So you want to do Pole Fitness but feel you are not strong enough, fit enough, flexible enough or good enough, well our PrePole Conditioning Course is the course you need! This course IS NOT ON OUR POLE FITNESS POLES.
Our PrePole Conditioning Course is a 5 or 10 week course where you can pay upfront through this website (paypal, credit or debit card) or set up a direct debit payment with us through our debiting agency. If there are other avenues of payment you prefer please contact us to discuss.
The benefits and individual attention (as class numbers are restricted to 6) you will gain from this course will prepare you really well for taking those steps to start our Pole Fitness courses. The Course uses strength, conditioning movements and equipment from personal training, pole fitness, pilates and dance. This PrePole Conditioning Course will help you gain the strength, fitness, flexibility and awareness to prepare you for starting a Pole Fitness course with us.
