Now you’ve done the Beginner 1 Fundamentals Course in Beginner 2 you learn push/pull moves while increasing your strength, stamina and core stability.

Choose one of the available dates and time to begin your course and don’t forget to fill out your registration form and bring it with you to your first class.

You can book into a 5 week short course, a 10 week long course or choose an ongoing Coffs Coast PoleFit membership. Payment for these courses are either upfront or via a payment plan. Please contact us if you would prefer to utilize a payment plan.

A concession rate for students/seniors/HCC is available upon request. Please contact us so we can give you the correct concession code.
